![]() ![]() In this lavish version, written by Sian Ejiwunmi-Le Berre, it’s 1954 and this version of Fitzwilliam (Industry’s David Jonsson) has just arrived from Nigeria to start a job in Whitehall. This year’s adaptation is Murder is Easy, the 1939 novel in which Luke Fitzwilliam, a retired police officer who has just returned from India, gets caught up in a string of murders. Christmas television would not be complete without the cosy comfort of an Agatha Christie whodunit.
